Stainless tubing in oil and gas production, medical devices, structural applications and corrosion-resistant vessels

Seamless Tubes

Our specialized process for the custom manufacturing of seamless tubing begins with either an extruded hollow tube or a solid bar drilled to exact specifications. The material is then reduced in size several times through various cold working techniques until it reaches the specific size, tolerances, and temper required by our customer. After each cold working cycle the tubes are cut, cleaned and heat treated in preparation for the next cold working step.
