The Quality Management System Manual enables us to maintain consistency and be in complete control of both product quality and document integrity. It details how control is established and maintained through formal written procedures, competent personnel, process controls, and inspection and testing.
Our quality system covers all aspects of our business including raw material sourcing and vendor management, product engineering, manufacturing, product certification and delivery, and continuous improvement.
Meeting the Highest Industry Standards
The Superior Tube quality system has been drawn up to meet all relevant regulatory standards including US Regulatory Agency requirements and specifications, ASME Pressure Vessel Code NCA 3800, MILI45208, 10CFR50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1, ANSI/NCSL-Z-540, ISO-10012, and AS9100/ISO9001 (Excluding Clause 7.3 Design and Development) as they relate to the manufacturing, inspection, testing, and servicing of small diameter tubing.
