Process Knowledge-A Bonus of Experience |
Our mill occupies over 300,000 square feet.
It is a complete facility for cold working both light- and heavy-wall
tubing, in sizes up to 1.250" OD.
Equipment includes tube reducing, welding, rolling, draw benches,
vacuum and hydrogen annealing furnaces, acid house, straightening,
and inspection. |

In our long life, we've made lots of tubing
out of lots of alloys-over
250 of them. Of course, it means we have experience that
reflects in the quality and efficiency of our operations. But
more important to you, it means that frequently we already have
a solution in hand for your needs, instead of having to do custom
development. |

Testing is practically an obsession with us. And it works for
us, for our customers, and even for other manufacturers that
look to us for testing resources. In fact, Superior Tube developed
many of the testing methodologies that have become standard
throughout the industry.
