Superior Tube Company pledges to operate its business in an
environmentally sound manner to protect the environment, our
employees, and the public.
We will seek to reduce wastes through source reduction, reuse
and recycling. We will strive to achieve energy-efficient manufacturing
processes and facility operations.
We will seek to minimize environmental risks by continuously
evaluating and improving processes, packaging, pollution prevention,
waste disposal, release prevention, and preparedness.
We will seek to minimize environmental risks to the community
by employing safe and environmentally sound technologies and
operating procedures and by maintaining open communication with
the community, elected officials and regulatory agencies.
We will implement this Environmental Mission Statement and sustain
a continuing and informed management commitment to its objectives.
